I just got a used Samsung Nexus (Ice Cream Sandwich) from someone and it's been running smoothly until last night!
I received a message from a friend who's number I did not have in my contacts. I clicked on the notification from the top, and it opened a blank screen message (not the text message that he sent).The message they sent me does not show up in the message window. The notification at the won't go away. I added this number to my contacts, and sent them a message but the name I gave the contact went away and it's only their number displayed. This hasn't happened with any of my other contacts.
I will also add I was having MMS problems so I downloaded "Go SMS Pro", but this problem is in that application and the default Messenger.
Help?
