SMS Problems

I am having a problem with my SMS. If I try to send one when I have no signal the little timer just rotates and, even when I get the signal back again, it continues to rotate. Previous phones I have had would try to resend the message once the signal has been restored but this doesn't seem to do that.

Any Ideas?

Actually, this is something I've been wondering about too. I use handcent and it always says it will automatically send as soon as I get a signal. But then it never seems to actually do it

Just ganna chime in and say that this has happened to me too.

So it would appear that this is perhaps a fairly common problem. Might contact HTC to see if they can offer any help.
