SMS scheduler in millisecond

could you tell me, is there an android apps for SMS scheduler ? I need to send SMS at a certain time in millisecond time.

I think bobcat meant that you if you posted your question in the applications forum that he linked, you might get some ideas from other folks who might be familiar with your request. Try posting a thread in that forum and hopefully someone will be able to help with your issue.
