Root SMS termintation Denied

Hello,

I have a evo 4g rooted running stock froyo... all of the sudden this evening around 11 pm I could not send txts any more... it says SMS termination denied... I cannot receive txts either... any ideas?
 
There was a problem with Sprints sms. I had the same problem and it started working now. error code 98, error class 3. supposedly they will be trying to fix by 6am.
 
Wonder if this is why the messaging system I use (Handcent) kept my phone "awake" and drained my battery last night? That has never happened before, not with Handent anyway.
 
I have a rooted Sprint Hero and I'm getting the sms error. I havent been able to send text messages today. Looks like sprint is still having the problems.

HTC EVO, Having the same problem, I can receive text, but not send. Going to menu, then hit settings, then System updates, then update profile. it worked, but after only sending one message, back to SMS Terminination Denied, Cause code 98, Error Class 3. Only the second day owning the phone. (I miss my blackberry messenger).
 
Mine is working now on my Hero. I did install another rom for kicks, but now i'm going back to that one I had before. I expect it to work there still too. I will report back if it dosen't
