Help SMS time Stamp.

Hi,
I'm having issue with SMS time stamp,
It appears to receive SMS 8~10 minutes in the future, time discrepancy is growing by a minute or so,

is there any easy way to fix this issue?
I'm gonna try to go to ATT store and exchange one, hopefully it'll be as easy as apple with iPhone.

mine just started it today. i think it may be something to do with the time change and all the towers not synced yet.
