Help SMS Timestamp is waaaaaay off!

Hi there, having a problem with my stock messaging app. It is 10pm and incoming messages are being timestamped for 4pm. this is wreaking havoc when i try to track down a message, and also, when i send out a message, the correct time is displayed, so conversations are skewed and all disorganized.

Only incoming messages seem to be the wrong time. Is my service provider at fault? maybe my network is thinking im in a different time zone?

Have already fiddled with time zone settings on my phone, thats not the problem.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I've been having a similar issue as well.

As far as I know, I haven't found a fix for it. If I do though, I'll be sure to tell you.

It can be pretty annoying.

look up sms time fix in the market. I have no idea why the time is off but it seems that its a standard issue.
