Root SMS To many messages sent

i get a message that says i have sent to many messages, after sending about 100 messages within an hour. So i looked into the problem and they have apps that will remove the limit as long as your rooted. So i try a couple of different apps and it says it removes the limit and i reboot my phone like it says. Once i do that i can no longer send messages to anyone. Does anyone have a solution to this problem??? Is their a manual way to remove it???
Thanks for your help

Wow! I have never heard of this message. (but there are alot of things I haven't heard of! LOL) Where did this message come from? Sprint? Google? Handcent (if that is what messaging app you are using)

Where did you get this app you want to uninstall? If it was from the market, you should be able to go into: market/menu/downloaded apps, and select the app in question and select uninstall. If it was installed a different way, you should be able to go to: menu/settings/applications/manage applications and select the app, and hit the uninstall button.

Other than that, you said you are rooted. You could restore to a previous nandroid backup. You did make a nandroid before installing this app, right?
