SMS using Skype

Does anybody know if there is a skype client that allows me to send international SMS messages (from UK) using my Skype credit from my Skype account? Everything I have tried so far seems to allow calls and instant messaging only and I really need the ability to send SMS messages too.

All recommendations appreciated.
