Root snag on Clockworkmod recovery menu

[dbow32]

Ok, i followed this link to root my Incredible Howto: Root the HTC Droid Incredible - Technology - Jonamerica.com

at the point it says to run the "reflash.exe" it says "unable to reflash".
My phone then reboots. I ran it a few times with the same results but the last time it wiped out my personalized scheme.

Any help will be appreciated.

Do you have USB Debugging enabled?

And did you correctly install the drivers following these directions: http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.php/public/windows_hboot_driver_install

I followed the same guide and had no problems. As long as you do exactly what the directions say, you will be fine.

I had the same problem. I closed all other programs and it worked like a charm. YMMV.
