Help Snap Chat screen shots?

Hi all,

How do you take a screen shot of a snap chat on the HTC one m8?

I've tried the power+volume / home+power down but it goes right back to the main screen immediately when I try to do this. Any ideas?
 
You have to press the power and volume down buttons at the same time. It's a little tricky sometimes, but it does work. :)

Also for home/power, you have to hold down power first and then tap the home button, not simultaneously.

Their is also a Screenshot setting in your Quick Settings , just pull down your page with two fingers and you should have it on there and if not just hit the Edit button on top and scroll down till you find it and move it up in the top 10 and save it. Now you should be able to open your Snap Chat and pull down the screen and hit the Screenshot icon and I think that will work and make a little easier to do. It saves it in your gallery under Screenshots, hope that works for you.

Oh yea I've heard about that feature... You have mobile hotspot capabilities right? it's just not available as a quick setting...
 
Yep, no quick setting for Hotspot but I can live without that, sorry I couldn't help. I guess your going to have to use the Home+ Volume keys.

Yea no biggie, would have been a nice feature but like you I can live without it
