Has anyone tried using Snapdragon BatteryGuru on their G3? The Play store description says it's "a battery life saver app that extends battery performance and improves overall user experience by intelligently making changes that optimize device functionality in phones with Snapdragon mobile processors."
I've been using it for a few weeks and can't say I've noticed any great benefit, although I do switch mobile data and Wi-Fi off whenever I'm not using them, so that must limit the benefits it can provide.
The G3's battery power consumption is the one aspect of the phone I'd like to see improved - it doesn't seem that I'm getting the incredibly long run time of some users, although it's definitely not bad. One thing which I'm still getting used to is that the battery level sticks at 100% for quite some time, whilst the drop from 20% to nothing happens very quickly.
Just for completeness, I'm on the Three network in the UK - I understand the network provider can have a bearing on power consumption.
