hey im taatoken (longggggggg time stalker of this thread, new member)

I work up this morning to find my Triumph blacked screen so I pulled the battery and tried to reboot it, yet I would get my custom Google boot logo but then the screen would fade the logo to red. my boot animation would have the sound (bf3 boot animation) and still black screen. so any advice I did look at the past black screen thread and did nothing to help. here is also some more info on what I was running on my phone

cm7 reloaded

set cpu-minmax Governor

charging=16###
100%-50%=12###
50%-25%=6##
25%-15%-3##
15%-0%-1##

also I brought the plastic case they recommend you buy with he phone at best buy.
My theory: IDK MY BFF JILL?

Being that you have CM7 installed, you have ClockWork Mod? did you make a recovery for the stock ROM?
if so I'd try doing a clean wipe and Installing your backup and then maybe going back to CM7
I am a noob with Rooting I don't see why this couldnt work.

I cant even get to the CWM screen everything black!!!!

I would say it's your LCD screen, but the fact that the boot logo shows up tells me otherwise. So you can't get into recovery? And what about download mode (volume - and power while fully off)?

I just sent the phone in and got a new one.
My theory, the boot logo and charging logo doesn't use the same lights to use the boot logo as the phone does. Im not a phone guy so don't make me sound stupid.

I had something similar to this happen to me, I was on the stock rom and it wouldn't boot past the Motorola logo, it would just freeze, I just kept restarting it, then pulled the battery, held the power button for awhile, then popped the battery back in and it was good to go...
