So, anyone for sure getting one?

Phases

NO LONGER ADMIN
Just wondering if anyone is pre-ordering. I've never been a watch person personally, and if I get one my only intrest is just.. to have the style on my wrist. Not worried about Android integration, though it would be cool to swap faces.

But, for that reason, I'm unsure I'd spend the money to get a smart watch vs something traditional.

Mine shipped today!

Got it today. Very cool looking, but it may be going back. I don't know. It doesn't have continuous Heart Rate Monitoring like the Surge and other Smart watches. Extremely disappointed. Can't believe that a $350 SMART watch doesn't have continuous Heart Rate Monitoring. Nothing I read in the last 6 months noted this minor little detail! Tech support couldn't even tell me if it monitors your heart rate continuously during exercise sessions.

OK, so it looks like there are applications that will use the watch HRM and track your HR during exercise, but I haven't figured out if any of them will work without the phone connected. There are also apps that will monitor your HR... but I have no idea how much power that will use and, again, if they work independent of the phone.

One Huatch left on Amazon and I snagged it! It's the black on black stainless, not the gold on gold that I wanted. But my Moto 360 is black/black and I've quite liked it, so no need to try to justify the extra expense or put up with availability issues. I'll have it tomorrow! :D

The Huatch arrived and it is a beaut. Gorgeous and very handsomely packaged. I took it to get links removed today (watch it - they're a bit tricky! You may be better off at a jewelry store than a big box jewelry section!) and sized for my wrist. I will let it and my new phone charge overnight (got a Moto X Pure Edition)... after setting up the phone, I'll set up the watch and pair them. So far, I'm very impressed: and I love the full circle screen - no more ambient sensor at 6 o'clock like the 360!

EDIT: After a day's use, I am in love with this watch. It just... works. And looks great doing it. Huawei knocked it out of the park on this one.

Torrid, I sold my Moto 360 last week and I haven't regretted it. The full circle screen is great, it all just works, and get this: I wore mine from 8 AM until 7 PM today and when I placed it back on the charger it still had 60% battery left! And the screen is always on, in a dark themed state, so you never have to wait to see what time it is. I just ordered a screen protector for it because:

This. Watch. Is. A. Keeper.

:D

I'm taking mine back. I had it for one day[Sunday] and I somehow ended up looking at the LG Urbane LTE at AT&T. I checked it out and I couldn't believe it was $50 less than the Hauwei. I really like the Huawei but the Urbane LTE is $50 less, has a bigger battery and it makes calls also, so I couldn't pass it up.

I ordered two. The steel mesh from BB on black Friday ($300) and the leather today from Target ($242 w/Target Red Card and code CYBER15). Not sure which one I'll keep.
