Hello to all that read this and this is for any and everyone to answer. Ok I was just told the funniest thing and I was thinking the other . So as everyone say now a days its best to have a second thought. So lets get with it . Now I thought u should use higher sd write speeds and thought it didn't affect your sd cards (internal and external) 
:what: well was just told something from compusa aka tiger direct . That on the gingerbread you cannot exceed a write speed no higher than 1024. And no lower than 512 
.well you know me I say higher is better so I had my values set to 6144 . 
:banghead: and they told me that is to high and it burned out my sd card . Now I need your help . Is this bull crap true :what:
