Well I'm in Canada (Toronto), and I was trying to set up this Internet calling system but have no clue where to start. 
Anyone know if it will even WORK in Toronto? I've tried Google voice, and after setting up the PIN it says that my phone number could not be verified.
So, how does it work, and what do I need to get it working over Wifi, if it is even possible?
