hey everyone so i was running my rc in the sand a few days ago and stumbled across an htc one s laying face down covered in the sand. i pick it up and plug it in at home because i wanted to contact one of the owners friends or parents so they could come get it but the phone is locked and no one has tried to call. is there anyway to bypass the passcode so i can get to the contacts? if not what should i do with it i already called the phone service gave them the serial but they would not contact the owner for me or give me the owners number or anything.

They won't give you the information, but they should call the owner and tell him how to contact you to get his phone back.

If you want to be very technically correct, notify the police. You've done just about everything else you could do.
