So, I lost my EVO

Cancelled service the next day, kinda hoped someone would return it by calling some contacts or something.. Either way, got in touch with Asurion (100$ deductable to replace it, boo) But anyways it says this as the model they are sending is something like HD-A2nda-WHITE

I hope these guys don't send me a white evo. Anyone been through this yet?
 
Sorry for lost,well $100 bucks is a lot less than if you was to pay full price for the phone because you didn't have insurance. If by any chance you get a white EVO the battery door can be replaced for a black so is not a big deal.

You will find out the color soon as this process usually takes 24hrs so you should be getting ur phone tomorrow.
 
Be happy your getting a white one...be happy your getting an EVO at all! If you read the fine print on the insurance they can even send you a different phone of equal value and comparable model if they feel like it!
 
Oh hell, if they send you an HD2, they have to be at LEAST 63% *stupid* (substitute any word). It doesn't even run on the same network, let alone the OS and striking, yet subtle, physical differences...
 
I had a lost Evo a week after i got it. Asurion sent out the same exact thing (Black Evo) and it was a brand, sealed in box phone. Granted, it did take almost 2 weeks to arrive.. Lol
 
My replacement EVO came about 3 days after making the claim. I couldn't believe it. Plus my new one doesn't have light leakage.

was very impressed with Asurion.
 
Hope you the best mate. If you had Mobile Defense on your phone, you might've had a chance to track it down. :)
 
They sent a white one! UGH! Now with my extended battery back cover I have this white stripe around the borders of my phone!

Mehhh, dont' want to go through that and be without a phone again. The white one has the white door cover and it has a white ring that borders the edges. I got a white stripe on my phone now because I have extended battery and case, looks dumb! oh well

Hey now you have an Oreo Evo, got milk? I which they would have done this to me, I wanted the white one...

I saw some pictures of people that did this... I actually thought it looked alright.. black-white-black.

Yeah man, got my replacement EVO set up just like my first one sans some pictures and some songs....oh well, shit happens.
