Help So, If I Gripe Enough, I can Get an Intercept?

So, I have been reading around the interwebs, and some are saying that if you gripe loudly enough about your data lockups and GPS issues, that Sprint will issue you an Intercept? Is this fact or fiction? If fact, does anyone know who to gripe to?

Maybe... it's probably a YMMV type of thing. But the Intercept is a big step down from the Moment.

I'd much rather have the Moment than the Intercept.

I agree. The intercept is a pos.

I'm so close to upgrade time that it doesn't matter anyway.

Some are also getting the Hero, if you gripe locally I'm sure it will depend what your Store has laying around.

This is my experience.

I was offered a Intercept or a Hero.
Nothing more.
Neither the Intercept or Hero is comparable to the Moment, imo.

I said No and they gave me a refurbed Moment again (I'm on my 4th).

The tech told me yesterday that her location is no longer replacing the moment with another moment. My wife was forced to take an intercept.
