so many issues 4.1.2

I'm concerned now.....
WE have so many issues -round the globe in this web site but, nobody cares to respond to this site - what actually happened, what went wrong in 4.1.2 - from Android OS perspective - per se - from google.....to this phone or to this OS. I expect the google to release the press note or write up something here....what are they thinking or what are their plans are....... ????? They should have some person dedicated to this site - to respond peoples issues......when is that happening ?????

This is just a Forum...I highly doubt Samsung will create an account for every forum and post about the issue. Best bet is to check on Samsung's website. Not everyone is having problems with 4.1.2
