Ok,its basically a large collection of initd scripts. Whats cool is alot of the stuffan app would normally do ditrcectly to settings.
In initd format you can test and experiment in a safer environment
Especially using bootbuddy
 
Here are the Kernel CPU Governor Tweaks from the AndroidTweak app. These will alter the performance and battery use of your device.

They are all in a zip file. Take out the one you want, and put it in your BootBuddy folder. They are all be completely safe to try.
