I don't think ICS will be ported for the Ascend unless a dev does it out of sheer morbid curiosity. Remember, the Ascend does not have a dedicated GPU, and if you think it runs rough now, it's going to choke on ICS due to much higher demands on the hardware. Even if someone does get it working, I suspect you will NOT like the results, unless you don't mind eye candy that moves like molasses.
