and are you having problems after you installed.

I didn't, but I forced it. Just like the 2.0.1 update. Working flawlessly after a few hours.

I got the update sometime in the middle of the night. I had the notification saying the update was available this morning when I got up at 5:00 AM.

Were you having the issues of having to restart Swype after shutting off your phone? I was also having those issues, so I am not sure if the two were related.

I wonder if they sort of expect early recipients of the OTA to provide it to other users and consider that beneficial to their servers, etc if it means less traffic (given that they can detect the update in a device they would otherwise send it to).

Swype is still there after the forced update for me but it doesn't work now, even with the switch from stock keyboard and back... still no work-y

I was having problems as well. I went ahead removed and reinstalled both the installer and swype itself. Don't know if both were necessary, but it worked.

My wife's Droid got the update. I'm rooted, so I wouldn't even know if my phone was in the list.

She got 2.01 a full 48 hours before me though. weird.
