So you can't debrand after the Vodafone sneaky update?

I've read that you can't debrand if you got the OTA update from vodafone today.

I got so close to putting an official stock ROM on my Desire (so I could push for the 2.2 update) only for it to fail. The ROM was:

RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126984_signed

Then I read that because my phone had already been updated to this vodafone junk that I have lost the ability to rebrand.

Is this true? Can't believe I was so close to getting FroYo. I could cry to Vodafone!!!

don't see why you can't debrand with the goldcard method?

what software version are you on now?...

C'mon Freefall, really? A whole new thread about something that's being discussed RIGHT NOW in another thread?
