Soak test coming

For the 902 soak, I received the invite email on 5 Feb and was downloading the update on 7 Feb. They gave us 2 days to review it (Tues-Wed), which was not much time in my opinion, especially considering I do have a full time job.

This time I received the invite email on 30 Apr...but he does say to be patient if we register but don't hear from him right away.

Yep, that's what my soak test invite said. I guess they are really testing our patenience.

I just participated in the soak test for the Droid 3. I received the first mail invitation on March 7, and they started the test last Friday - about two months later. So, don't assume that the soak happens right after that first email.

On 5.9.902 I waited and waited and waited. I finally gave up and figured that I had been passed over for the testing. The next day it arrived.

I guess moto/VZW is soaking/hosing us.

Maybe they will surprise us all and this delay will be because it's ICS. I know it's hardly likely, but one can hold out a sliver of hope.
