Help social apps cant use mobile data

My phone social apps cant seem to use mobile data. İt works fine on wifi but not mobile data. İs it a hardware problem??

I am in kocaeli Turkey. I bought the phone less than two months ago and have been having same problem. When I get mobile data subscription I can only use my browsers like right now. I cant use facebook or whatsapp or twitter or instagram but when I change to wifi everything starts working fine.

Two months ago? It's only been out a few weeks ago. Are you sure you have a Motorola droid turbo?

This can't be a Droid Turbo - do you know which phone you have? But I'd start with settings / data usage. First, is mobile data turned on? There is a menu control upper right; tap that - is data roaming turned on? Restrict background data?
