Help Social networking not updating

For some reason the social networking widget and app hasnt been updating is anyone else experiencing this?

i have the same problem for a few days ago i tried a lot things and nothing i can't even remove the Facebook account but nothing at all i would like to know if i can remove the all social networking app and put it again to see ..... :confused::confused::confused:

I cant.delete my account either
 
I'm having issues with my social network app too. I can't get it to except my facebook
account. It keeps telling me to try again. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
 
I'm having the same problem. I discovered yesterday that none of the statuses under my contacts has updated since December 18, 2010. I can't remove the Facebook app from Social Networking and nothing seems to help.

I would love to know if this gets resolved or if there is something I'm doing wrong.

I've found the majority of things not updating are caused by my task killer.

When my emails stopped being checked for no reason, I found there was--task killer had killed it.

Be sure to uncheck it, and I'd reboot the phone
 
I fixed it! And boy, do I feel silly.

The Social Networking app was in my app drawer, but not on any of my screens. When I opened it in the app drawer, all the updates were there so I placed it on one of my screens, then went and looked at Contacts > Status Updates, they had finally updated!

I hope this simple fix helps someone else who has been having issues.
