I have Samsung SII GT-I900 running Android 4.0.3.
With Wifi disabled I get the following error when accessing messages within Ebay application
"Messages not returned. Socket exceptions exception executing MyRequest request".
This does not happen when Wifi is connected. I have reinstalled this Ebay app, with no effect.
I'm also getting other problems that I suspect are message related. For example Met Office Weather App does not update status settings, with or without Wifi.
I did set "Restrict background data" for same apps within the Wifi data usage section, but I have restored all of these settings.
Any ideas on this would be welcomed.
