Soft bricked phone ADB help

I just sooft bricked my phone, its bootlooping but the screen is black. I pushed a framework and I went into a boot loop. Im trying to use ADB to push another framework but i keep error's like "operation not permitted" Also the system will not mount, I have all my adb/sdk files set up properly. I searched numerous threads on xda and here but no luck at all.

Had this issues with mine also. Pushed a bad framwork-res file and cause it to boot loop. Couldn't get adb working to push files. I was able to use lgnpst to see the phone and was able to flash the tot file from jcase's root method.

While phone it boot looping open up device manager on your computer and see if you see a com port for the phone under the ports section. If it's there or not depends on if you left diag mode enabled after you rooted.

If diab mode is disabled and you don't have a com port showing it won't work and not sure of any other method to push a framework-res to phone

thanks for that info! I used Jcase method to go back to stock firmware but the phone was still useles, it didnt connect to service
