Help softkey lights

Ok. I searched the forums and found only info on the inc1. I have root and want to turn off the softkey lights without using a Rom. Leds hack does not work. Does anyone know how to turn off these lights now that I have root? Thank you!

Did you try Screen Filter in the Market?

Doesn't work for me. The softkey lights do not turn off when activated. Does it work for you?

Bump... It's annoying watching Youtube with those home buttons burning through my retina! Screen filter didn't turn off the soft keys for me either.
