Help Softkeys never shut off

Just recently, my softkeys have gotten stuck with the backlights on and now they never go off. Is there an easy remedy for this?

Try a battery pull. If they stay on then, you have a devil phone

Jokes aside, if the softkey lights stay on after pulling the battery and starting the phone up again, try a Factory reset. If that fails, time to hit up a VZW store.

I'd rather not do another reset if I don't have to. I'm going to keep looking since the battery pull failed. Thanks anyways.
