So I just downloaded the new 20 mb software update for my phone, and after doing a reset like it said, it's just sitting here with an all white screen, with the words "SOFTWARE UPDATE, LOADING . . ." displayed, with an empty blue bar in the middle that never moves. Holding the power button does nothing but auto reset the phone, quickly bringing it back to the same screen.
Please help, because now my phone has become completely non functional.
