So I had to do a factory reset on my phone because it was powering off by itself. When I talked to Samsung Tech about this problem they told me to do the factory reset. Any how after this when I go to settings and the at the bottom software update a box pops up that says "DM initialisation is not ready. Check network or sims cad can anyone tell me if the facotry reset caused this? If so what do I need to do about it?
