What's your software version? We're on 3.12.405.1 for unbranded handsets at the moment, Sense 3.0 and Android 2.3.5.

erm, software version is

2.50.61.3 apparently, I'm on orange but I thought I was on an old version, no idea how to download new versions though!

Yeah, the .61 bit denotes Orange branded software. I've no idea what the deal is with their update, you'd have to contact them and ask I'm afraid.
