Help Software Update???

Okay, so last night i was going to kill some apps(because i was heavily using my phone) and i thought i might kill some apps. Well, when I was scrolling through the list, I saw an app or something called Software Updates and the icon was like the icon you get when activation isnt complete. So i clicked on it and ran it, then my phone restarted it self and i checked to see if anything updated and alas it was still CL14 Any ideas??

What were you expecting? CL14 is the latest build, 2.1 is still weeks or months away, there's no OTA updates for this phone and it's likely there never will be. Just because Google put OTA update tools on the phone doesn't mean that Samsung has the competence and/or will apply the company resources to actually make use of it. The update button is nothing more than the Moments appendix.

Probably just a Preferred Roaming List (PRL) update. Which updates the list of 3rd party towers that Sprint has partnered with, which you can use while roaming.
