Sold my iPhone today

1. Back up your iPhone.

2. Connect your iPhone and open Itunes

3. Select your Iphone in the device list

4. Click the Info Tab

5. Check the "Sync Contacts with:" checkbox and change the dropdown to "Windows Address Book"

6. Click all contacts. I think this step is also where I checked all of the checkboxes to make sure that my notes were synced as well.

7. At the bottom of iTunes, click "Sync".

8. Make sure you select "Merge" !!!!!!!!!! (it will delete your contacts from your phone if you don't)

I think it gives you the option to save as a CSV or some other format. Both formats are recognized by Gmail if you want to import them in there.

Thanks Legacy! I googled it and have all my contacts synced to google. Quick question to the forum; can android phones play mp4a format (iTunes)? I ask this because the compression rate is much smaller than mp3, and I want to make sure I get the right size Micro SD card to put my 2,000 plus songs onto the EVO. Thanks!

Quick question though: Does the EVO have a notification light like the Incredible? I've never had a notification light on my phone and am actually kind of excited for that so that I can know whether I have a message or not without turning on the screen, haha.

Yes, I believe it does. Watching the video for part of Engadget's review I saw a green light flash a couple times next to the earpiece. Give a look.
