Help Solid red LED light?

Hi guys. Basically, whenever my phone is not charging the notification light stays a solid red. This started happening about 2 hours ago after I dropped it. I don't know what it's trying to tell me the phone seems to be working perfectly. I've factory reset it and the problem still persists. The colour is bright red, different from the orange I usually get when charging.

Any ideas on what this means or solutions to the problem?
