Hi guys
I have been trying to fix this error all morning, and tried everything. Found lots of different solutions, but none worked. Eventually I found this solution, and worked for me:
Go to settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Select ALL > select Google Services Framework > Then select Clear Data. Restart your phone.
I had tried clearing play store data, but that never worked, also deleting and reactivating the google account. I tried all sorts, but this solution is the only one that worked for me, hope this helps someone else
