i have rebooted my samsung galaxy y and installed 4.1.1v but no network at all and i checked inserting another sim but same problem can u find the solution for this problem

I assume you are rooted and flashed a 4.1.1 rom to the phone??
If that's the case, your best bet would be to register an account and ask for help in your devices root section here: Galaxy Y - All Things Root - Android Forums
Often times with custom roms, data among other things doesn't work properly without applying a special fix as a solution. The best place to get any information about that kind of stuff will be from other members with your device.
