I tried many times with many players to play megavideo movies with many results.
We should say at first that is usefull to kill all the useless background apps with Task-Killer software.
These are the methods i Tried:
1. Dolphin HD browser and Flash Plugin: the low-resolution videos plays well but Hi-res plays the video slow and audio normal so there is not synchronization.
2. Megavideo Beta App: Now retired from the market (waiting for a better version) but still findable on the net, when you load a link it remains stuck on "grabbing video" message forever.
3. Megaviewer Pro: This is the best solution afterall, you can choose to use it with three different local players:
a.QQplayer: this is a total failure to me, it crashes with the Megaviewer app.
b. MoboPlayer: suggested by Megaviewer staff, works well Hi-res and low-res movies with perfect time seek, ff, and so... (remember to kill all the useless apps).
c. Rockplayer Lite: works too, and seems to be lightly faster.
