Help [SOLVED] 4.3 update (Sprint) proximity sensor failing

I've done some research, but I haven't found any reference to anyone else with this problem.

Ever since the 4.3 update on Sprint, after I finish a call and take the phone away from my ear I have to press the power button to activate the screen so I can end the call.

Has anyone else seen or heard of this behavior?

Well, now I know why no one else had this problem. I found a post on another forum about a similar issue. All I had to do was hit the ear piece with a blast of air, and it started working again!

Weird thing is, it seemed to start when the update came through. Although I have no evidence to back that up.

Or you can remove the sensor and clean under it.
