Help SOLVED: Don't want server emails deleted

I've seen this question asked a few times but not for aol.com emails and not for the Rezound. I created an aol.com email account on my Rezound. When I delete emails on the Rezound, they get deleted from the server. I want to keep the emails on the server. I don't see an option on the phone to do that. Anybody know if it's possible? Thanks.

Set it up as a POP email account. I just tried it (You made me try to remember an old AOL address that I haven't used in ages!! CURSE YOU! :p ) and it works. Once you set it up you'll be able to change whether or not you delete the message from the server.



Oh and you'll set up the email as a generic email (Pop/Imap), not AOL in the settings.

Tried a test email and assuming a delete on the phone deletes immediately on the server, the server email didn't get deleted. YAHOO !

Rico - Didn't you used to be a Palm guy? Me too... for 15 years. Said goodbye to my Pre yesterday.

I read reviews of Enhanced Email and though it sounds pretty cool, there are a lot of complaints.

UPDATE: I bit the bullet and installed Enhanced Email. I like it so far. The unified Inbox is nice.

I mainly got it for the unified box and customization between accounts so to know which has email activity. But most importantly , i got it for the 'select all' and "delete all' (my android stock doesnt have that option)
as well as managing hidden folder features.

So, for me, the app works well, including server settings for each account to either delete from server or not delete from server when cleaning up the android.

how did you know i had a pre.. sure did
 
I always hit the forums when I get a new device. Best way to learn. Since Rezound is new, there isn't a whole lot in any one forum so I've browsed several forums. Between all of them, yeah, I made a lot of notes.
 
Cleaned up some off-topic chatter guys. No biggie but lets try to keep this on topic, this thread could be very useful to some. Love that a solution was found rather easily:)
