[SOLVED] is this normal?

i have a hole about half an inch to the left of my usb output, i dont remember that on my first evo ( it was v. 3 and i have another v.003)i could be wigging out but if someone can just confirm that this is normal id be great. i tried to rationalize the little hole by saying it was a way to let some battery heat out lol.

if i have to post a pic later i will haha , but i just dont want to go through the trouble if its normal.

sorry if i wasted anyones time reading this if it turns out that its normal, i just cant find any pictures of it myself on the web t confirm it
