[1] BOOT
do you want to start update
yes
no

i hit yes on accident and now after the htc screen it just stays black

any ideas?

ok i got the bootloader back to normal how ever if i try to boot it up it still goes to the htc screen then black and doesn't start

thanks alot for posting back the solution to your prollem.

just to add a little more info for anyone that may find themselves in a similar situation, your phone wouldnt boot becasue you flashed n new boot image(and therefore a new kernel) that wasnt compatible with your current rom. if the boot image you accidentally flashed was for ICS,then that would definately do it ;)

you could have also fixed your prollem by flashing a boot image for the stock rom :)

glad you got it fixed, rest assured that the way htc dev protects the hboot and radio it is next to impossible to brick it with software changes.
