Help [Solved] Unable to link my contacts

After receiving my Droid X replacement phone, I noticed it had a different (up-graded) operating system. I like some of the new features... but for some reason I cannot link my contacts anymore. The "Link Contact" (soft) selector button is missing which used to be displayed after pressing the (hard) menu button while a selected contact is being displayed. I have exhausted Google... but to no avail.

You can probably find some good help in our Droid-X forum.

You can also do a lot of contact manipulating through Gmail (from a computer), if you havent already tried that.

I found the answer (on a Verizon tech support forum link) on how to manually link my contacts with the new Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) software update. After selecting a contact you press the menu button and then select
