I just bought my first Android, an HTC Incredible S, and I would like to know if there is a way to pair down the apps list to say a favorites or commonly used list on the home screen. Thanks in adavnce.

I have played around with it, but cant figure out how to make a folder.

Great and thanks. Now how do I remove some of the apps trial apps that came with it. I tried removing them and there is no option to do it. I am used to Blackberry Swiss Army Knife and the like. Is there a program for the Android?

The apps that came installed on your phone are normally referred to as 'bloatware' and cannot normally be removed. Some people remove the apps from the sense (Home) screens by touching them and when they turn a color, dragging them down to the lower right 'remove' area. This will remove the icon from the home screen but will not remove the app from the phone. I am doing the same thing with my phone. 'Rooting' the phone would remove the apps from the phone. Do a search on this forum and you will get more information on this topic than you would want. Hope this helps.
