Can the bottom row of home icons (apps) be changed? Can't figure out how to do this.

Has anyone encounter any apps that don't fully support the Note's size?

I have not encountered any apps that don't work well with the Note's size.
As far as changing the bottom row of home buttons, there are several different Launchers that will allow for that. You will be able to download/install them from the Playstore in your app drawer.

Yes you can change those icons w/stock Note/touchwiz. I don't remember the exact steps, but they are detailed in the manual.

I use Launcher Pro, so I've only done it once with stock touchwiz.

1. open application drawer
2. press menu button
3. select edit (may be prompted to change view to "customizable grid", confirm switch)
4. long press the icon you want in your dock bar and move it to where you want

After much searching I found an awesome solution! The MyPhoneExplorer app and the companion desktop program allow wired, WiFi or Bluetooth syncing with Outlook 2010 - and it's free!

kies works great, but it doesn't sync the notes, but it syncs contacts, calender and i think pics/music too if you want...
