Help Some numbers going directly to voicemail

I have suddenly developed the strangest problem. Some of my numbers are going directly to voice mail. My friend has an ATT phone and it goes directly to voice mail. When he uses his google number, it rings. My girlfriend has a verizon phone (on my shared account). That goes to voice mail, but when she calls me with her iPhone, it rings. I am mystified. I know it is not the send directly to voice mail because 1. it is unchecked and 2. they can call on one phone and not the other.
I am running Liberty 1.5. I reinstalled the No Throttle hack, wondering if that changed something, but i still have the same problem.
Help please.

By some chance have you blacklisted some numbers accidentally? I know some apps have that option. Just a thought.
