Some options in Developer Options is missing.

Recently, I had enable the Developer Options in my phone (Firefly Mobile s60) with android kitkat version 4.4.2 in it. Now, when i go into developer options I only see three options: Stay awake, USB debugging and Allow mock locations are the only ones shown. Where are the others ? It is supposed to have many options in which you can modify. Any help would really be appreciated

I can't remember the process, but there is a "button" you need to hit like the baseband or what ever and it will allow the options. Although it looks like you may have another issue.
