Root Some questions about Smartassv2

ral

Android Expert
I am trying out the smartassv2 as my cpu governor. So far all is working well. Being a bit OC, I am digging into its innards a bit... and now I got a bit worried.

Smartassv2 settings:

awake_ideal_freq = 800000
sleep_ideal_freq = 200000

My available frequencies are:

122060
245760
768000
806400
1024000

(and higher frequencies).

Is the absence of a one to one correspondence a problem?

Call/Talk time was 41 minutes
Screen on time was 1:14 - Proximity sensor calibrated so screen on time does not include talk time :)
Used Viber/SMS/Email/GTalk for a total of 30 or so messages

This morning, after waking up. Fully recharged and unplugged before I slept.

Is there a way to adjust:

awake_ideal_freq = 800000
sleep_ideal_freq = 200000

I was thinking of manually editing:

awake_ideal_freq = 700000
sleep_ideal_freq = 200000

It's a Friday so will probably be out tonight. As usual, no response or objections means means I will do a nandroid back-up and give it a go Saturday morning local time :)

Update: Oh...sigh... found some free time. Settings don't stick on reboot.

Update 2: Found a way to do it. Continuing this post here (another AF thread).
