Root Some stuff, thoughts and whatnot.

Is anyone still playing with this thing?

I ask because I think we might be able to get mobile Odin working on here... meaning no more pc needed and less brick risk.

Also, has anyone found a working one click root?

I still have my attain lying around for later Modding so just curious.

I highly doubt anyone is, with the latest update basically throwing us away MetroPCS, seems to want us to upgrade. Best I can think of is to contact the old guys like Shabby, TravisAntonio and Mobileplay.

Doesn't look like it. As the guy above said, MetroPCS doesn't care about the Attain anymore, which was good for me. I took mine to a corporate store here in GA and they gave me some BS about not being able to update it. So I was still getting the ''Service denied by network''. So, I decided to take it to an authorized dealer who basically told me ''You know what, we're going to just let you get an upgrade on your phone'' and sold me an S3 for $100. So, sometimes there comes good from the bad.

An s3 for 100 bucks? That's awesome. I'm thinking of getting the nokia lumia metro just came out with. Never had a windows phone either so I think it would be nice. Is anyone still rooted or go back to root after flashing the update? I'm wondering if I should since the update didn't fix the services denied notification anyways.
